As SIM Partners’ Director of Strategy, Phil is responsible for leading the company’s key initiatives related to sales, partnership development and driving alignment and operational efficiencies across departments. Phil also contributes actively to product innovation, helping translate the voice of the customer into tangible additions and/or enhancements to the Velocity platform.
