In 2015, after working closely with the Product and Marketing teams, Jay assumed responsibility for the Client Services team and the implementation of tools such as Salesforce, NPS, and Marketo to improve client engagement. In addition to expanding the Client Services team, Jay directly managed client initiatives for Starwood, Costco, and Shoe Carnival.
Before SIM Partners, Jay served as Media Sales Strategist for iCrossing, where he grew the paid search division and worked in tandem with business development on new initiatives for clients such as Coca-Cola, Betty Crocker, Disney, and Purina. Prior to iCrossing, Jay was the Search Marketing Manager at Proceed Interactive where he built the search marketing practice and managed five Search Specialists.
Jay has presented at several search conferences including SMX Social, ClickZ, BIA/Kelsey, and the Local Search Association. He has also presented to many Chicago-area organizations such as Illinois Technology Association and Illinois Restaurant Association.
In 2017, Jay took over the management of the Marketing team to lead areas such as content strategy, speaking engagements, and thought leadership efforts focused especially on the SIM Partners Healthcare division.
